Stress

Good morning ladies!

Just wondering if all this wedding stress is affecting anyone else? I have been clenching my teeth on a nightly basis and my jaw hurts sooo bad!!! I have never in my life had a problem with this and am thinking it has to do with wedding/work stress...i don't know what to do to relax myself :(

Re: Stress

I think I need to take a break also! Everytime I book a vendor I feel relief but I also feel stress because it is yet ANOTHER bill to pay! I really don't feel that stressed but my body is simply reacting in a very stressed-out manner....break-outs and bruxism suck!

Re: Stress

i took a break from anything wedding related this weekend. well, anything related to my wedding. i helped a friend with her wedding menus. either way, it was amazing to not run to a hundred different appointments. i felt like the wedding was consuming my whole life. sometimes it's just nice to take a step back and relax.

I go to the gym and try to release some of the stress-- at least an hour a night- otherwise i cant sleep and my mind just races with thoughts and things i have to do haha-- its terribleee

i think if wedding planning is stressing you out this much, then you should take a look around and really see what is causing all the stress? is it the worry about the money? the getting things done? find out what the cause is and it might help you focus on the one culprit

ITA! It looks like you have the majority of your vendors all done, so you are in FANTASTIC shape! I'm taking this process VERY slowly and trying not to get ahead of myself with anything. Because of this, my planning has been worry-free. I would definitely suggest taking some time off. You have plenty of time to work out the little details!

Re: Stress

I have gotten pretty stressed out with some aspects of wedding planning but I have learned that I still have plenty of time and im trying to do everything little by little. If you are feeling this stressed you need to take a break.. Go out with friends or FH, go to a spa, get a massage, go get your nails done.. Do something to relax yourself.

You have so much done to e stressed! There is definitely time for you to take a break and not even THINK about the wedding!! A month should be good enough time to take a breather and then get back at it. Don't become a bridezilla!!
