Stress, stress, stress, stress

I have a major test to take Monday (CUNY CPE EXAM) if I don't pass can't graduate college. I have failed this stupid test before.
And a history test Tuesday.
I have a workshop Saturday 12-6.
And to top it all off my day was in the hospital for a week (Sat-Sat) and as of today he went back in to the hospital. He had emergency heart surgery, so I HAVE HAD IT THIS MONTH ALREADY.
Sorry needed to vent.
OH YEAH And I have to deal with a sick FH.

So sorry to hear about your dad. I'll pray for a quick recovery.

As for your exams, you can do it!! Just take them one at a time and try not to get too stressed about them. Sometimes you can overthink them and that makes it worse. Good luck!

oy its been one hell of a months for some of us. im sorry to hear about your dad needing surgery, but hopefully everything goes well and you can rest easy with that...

also with school... take a deep breath, and just know that all of the hard work youre putting in now will DEFINITELY pay off when youre earning 6 figures. :)

the CPE is so retarded i took it last year an di went to one of those classes bc i didnt wanna fail it. There is a standard format that if you use u cant go wrong. I wish i had it so i can send it to you. From what i remeber you need the 2nd paragraph be a summary of the story u took home an dthen the 3rd paragraph a summary of the new reading and then have 2 more paragraphs comparing and contrating them and of course into and conclusion. One suggestion is take really good notes on teh take home story, it will really help you. oh ad for the 2nd part make sure you wrie 'I agree with thi statemnet bc graph 1 bla blah blah and graph to blah plah blah. I can't stand the CPE, I swear they look for reasons to drive people insane. Did you try looking at www.cuny.edu
Make sure you understand the stories and try to tie as much info as you can. As for the graphs, I think you have to pull info. from the graphs to support what the passages are talking about and if they support or don't support the concept. HTH

Sorry to hear about your dad and Fh... the best thing to do is pace yourself and make-up a plan for this weekend.... and pray the next couple of days fly by

As for FH...yeah..what is it with men when they get sick????

And school...take a deep breath and just take things one thing at a time. Sometimes we look at everything we have to do and it just seems so overwhelming, but if you break it down to each singular component, it makes it so much easier to deal with.

I have been to the stupid workshops, and there is one Sat 12-6 for the 2 parts. I guess I should go but I would rather be at the hospital with my dad.
