Stressed over FG Dress.....

So my cousin is my FG, and they went to get measured & order the dress this week. The way her mother was describing it to me.....it's the wrong dress! When we went for the bridesmaid fitting I made sure to have them write everything down-the colors, the style number....I don't know what to do. I'm going to have to spend an afternoon going all the way out there (it's about 25 minutes away from me) because I want to make sure, in person, they write down the right dress. I know it's just the FG dress, but I picked out this dress even before my own. I had problems with the bridesmaid dresses before this and I was very worried about where I ordered them from after that.

I'm sorry! If it means that much to you, an hour and a half out of your day will be worth the peace of mind, right? just let the bridal store have it a bit when you get there that you were very careful to take care of all of this the first time and don't appreciate that something was screwed up... get a discount for YOURSELF (on your dress or accessory) for your trouble and gas money for your 45 minute (YES... 45 minute EACH WAY trip and the appointment you had to cancel to do this TODAY) for a mistake THEY made. (If they offer to take the money off the FG dress, that doesn't help YOU, who is paying MUCH more than the flower girl - and YOU were the one who was inconvenienced).

Call ahead if you don't want to do all this in front of the FG. Speak to a manager.

Soooo annoying when you take the time and care to do everything right and the store screws it up. I'm sorry!!!

I had so much stuff to do today because I've been working so much, and I'm baby-sitting now, and now I have to do this.....I think I found the one vendor that I'm going to have issues with!
