Stressing over Limos

Stressing over Limos

I am getting ready at my house in Island Park, the ceremony is on the beach in Long Beach, and the reception is at Bridgeview in Island Park. I think the whole distance is no more than 5 miles. And, we don't have a bridal party so there is no worry for that.

So, that being said, I don't know how to get from A to B. A limo drop off/pick up seems like it is going to cost $$$ for what it really is. We don't want to inconvience a friend to drive us....

Anyone have any thoughts on other options? Or a limo company that is reasonable?

TIA

I am kinda having the same problem I am getting ready at the hotel and the RH is 5 minutes away, it seems like a waste to get a limo to take me there but I think its going to be the only way. Although I am having my BM with me so there will be a few of us. I am going to try some local limo companies that aren't advertised as wedding limos cause I think it will be cheaper. I can't imagine it will be too much money!

What about renting a nice car instead of booking a limo?

heyy FH and I were in the exact same situation! no bridal party, and my house, church and reception all within a few miles. in the end we decided to book a rolls royce that can fit three passengers for 3 hours with Regal. that way we have reliable transportation and its a splurge for us on our day. Regal was great to work with!! they gave us exactly what we needed at a great price. good luck!!

All you need is a town car. I wouldn't even say it was for a wedding. Just order the car or cars and tell them the times you need them. Any limo place probably has town cars

Town car is the way to go, unless a vendor is willing to quote you a better offer. Post this question on the vendor board to see what they can do.
