Stretching shoes?

I feel like my shoes shrunk when they were dyed! Is there anyway to stretch them out??

just wear them around the house with thick socks

I wore mine w. socks as a friend suggested and I bought a shoe stretcher /tree from target for under $10.

I didnt even know that existed. I have super wide feet, and these were soooo comfortable... and now, not so much.
