String Quartet

Anyone doing a string Quartet for their ceremony? Mind telling me who you are using and approximately how much

I want to know too!! I just emailed someone and they quoted me $600 for a trio!! I might start looking on craigslist, it's only 30 mins and they want to make $200 each!

I just emailed 4 different people on Craigslist asking them their prices and also mentioned that I have a coupe of other brides interested..

Maybe they could give us a good rate if we all book with one group??

I'm going to use one for the ceremony and the cocktail hour but i'm sorry I don't have any recommendations yet. Once I finish school I will start looking. I am a musician myself so that part is extremely important to me!

We used Capriccio Ensemble for our hospitality hour and our ceremony. They were $1000 and did a great job!

I really want strings for the ceremony! I'm trying to get a trio through our dj for around $450. I was just at a wedding and they had a duo and it sounded amazing so I think I could settle for a duo if it comes down to it.

We're using Art-Strings Ensembles for our ceremony. A string trio cost between $500 and $600 for the first hour. After that each additional hour was a couple hundred extra (I don't remember exactly since we don't need any more time than that.) Hope this helps!
