Strip Clubs in Manhattan?

Can you recommend a stripper club for bachelorette parties?

It isn't normally my scene but my bridal party wants to. I think it would be amusing.

Ok, there's a place called Hunk-O-Mania, like stated above.

HOWEVER, there is another one called HunkMania (they ARE different) and it's on 14th Street between 7th & 8th Ave's - they do it on Friday and Saturday nights in the club called 2i's. They are also now doing it at the Copacabana on certain days - but the Copa is closing down on July 1st because they have to give up their land for the new 7 train line extension.

I've been to HunkMania a couple of times and - so long as you have an open mind and maybe a few drinks - it's a LOOOOT of fun. One of my friends really didn't like it, but everyone else had a blast.

The guys come around shirtless to deliver drinks and then there are the performers who do the whole stripper thing. THe place is not very big so it's more of an intimate setting. LOL. Just don't go into any closets or bathrooms with the guys like some of my girls did

I'm hoping to make it out to HunkMania as my NY bachelorette party (if the girls plan it for me!).

There's Billy Dean's in N. Bellmore . . . I've never been there before though

i went there many years ago, when i turned 18. lets just say it was an interesting experience. i think i would appreciate it more now that i'm older.

For my b-party, we took a stripper class at the penthouse executive club. It was a great spin on things, but only if your friends are the type who would get involved. If not, I guess it would not be as much fun.
