Strollers for bigger kids and baby

I am looking for a stroller for the new baby, however I need a stroller that my 3 year old (37 lbs.) can ride on also sometimes. The only one I can find is this Baby Trend Sit N Stand, which looks like it will work, Does anyone have one and do they like it? or have you seen any other strollers that will work for me?

that is the one I was going to buy 4 yrs ago, or one similar to it. But we opted to not get one. We figured how often am I going to need a stoller for both? My older guy was very rarely with me when I went out and when ever we pretty much were together it was all four of us and my husband put him on his sholders when he got tired. We figured excerixse is good.
