Stuck in St Lucia for one more day!!!

So I am still here...lol! Flight was cancelled yesterday due to a mechanical error! Unfortunately we lost the whole day traveling/waiting at the airport! But then we were put up in a all-inclusive resort...which turned out to be mediocre at best. The good news is we met 3 other fun couples and they r here with us so we laughed our a$$es off all night!!!

As for Sandals Grande...it was AWESOME!!! I can't wait to tell you guys all about it and share pics! We relaxed and had a blast...it was an awesome honeymoon!

UPDATE:

We r now delayed. Get this...its crew related...they got in too late (9pm) and need to rest! Wow...unreal. Our hotel had us up and out by 5am! Its now 6:30 and we don't leave for 3 hours....ps no air conditioning in here! Ughhhh

Aww Jenn. I'm glad your honeymoon was great but stinks that you are stuck there. It would be different if you were stuck there but could still enjoy Sandals Grande.

I hope there are no further delays.

Almost 5pm and just about home! We had a hell of a time getting home...ughhhh! But finally home at last!!!!

This is sooooo freaky! The EXACT sane thing happened to us when we left Antigua. I'm guessing you are on American Airlines. We were stuck in Antigua an extra day due to mechanical problems. Put up at a 'mediocre at best' all inclusive resort. Then the next morning they woke us at 4am to get to the airport at 4:30 just to tell us a few hours later that the pilots need a certain amount of hours of sleep so we couldn't leave until 9am!!!! If you have a transfer in San Juan or other place make sure you get the boarding pass in St. Lucia othewise they put you on stand by for your connecting flight. Have a safe trip!

awww sorry for the delays...but you did get an extra night which is great, Dh and i were actually praying we could've been delayed to have an extra night
