Hey ladies. I am really stuck on finding a DJ. Music is such an important part of our wedding and I really want to make sure we are making the right decision. I have gone to weddings where Tommy Tunes played and they were awesome..but have gone to a wedding where the music was just horrible. My brother used Long Island Sound and I thought they were good but other than that I don't really have any referrals. Can you please highly recommend a dj for us to look into? I need to book this ASAP!

I say tommys tunes. I'm booked with them & I must say they did a Thursday wedding I was at and had the dance floor packed all night. They were awesome!

Xtreme sounds! They were the best quote we got by far and then they knocked off even more of the cost when we said we wanted to stay under a certain amount. We ended up walking away with ceremony and cocktail hour music when we weren't going to get either and stayed in our budget! They also got exactly what we wanted within the first few seconds.

I'll have to check when I get home and I'll FM you the quotes. I definitely remember that they have customizable packages though. We're getting a DJ/three piece band combo. I don't believe the DJ prices were that bad.

I was just dealing with the same thing. I couldn't decide between After Hours or Genesis Events. We ended up booking After Hours since FH loved Phil. I'm happy with my choice and Phil was very accommodating. I would recommend checking out Phil from After Hours or Fabio from Genesis Events.
