did anyone get married while student teaching? wat did u do about the honeymoon? can u miss any days of student teaching? graduation is about 2 weeks after my wedding so i think i might wait and honeymoon??

My girlfriend got married during her first year of teaching, and she waited 3 weeks, to go on her Honeymoon, during Christmas break.
I just finished student teaching and we were only allowed to miss 3 days
DON'T TAKE OFF!!! Trust me, I know from what the people in my district say about our student teachers. They won't consider you if you do something like that....I see what some of the ST in my Dept. are doing now..and one is sick if she thinks ANYONE would hire her!
