Stuff to drop off at reception hall...

I feel like I have 100 things to drop off and go over with my RH, does anyone else feel this way??? I'm most concerned with the centerpieces, b/c my friend's mom is making them, and they have to be set up. I just hope it works out

I am going to have a million things to drop off at the RH (I swear I am not exaggerating hahaha)

Anyway, I plan to put every thing in it's own box/plastic bin with a picture of how I want it set up taped to the box. So each table (wherever random items that I am bringing will be) will be mock set up ahead of time & they can just copy the picture easily.

When are you planning on dropping everying off at the RH?

My RH said any time the week before.

I feel like this is where something could definitely go wrong. I have a ton of things to deliver, I plan on writing out everything as clearly as possible and hope for the best. My FH continues to tell me that we're not the first wedding our RH is having....thanks sweetie!!!!

I'm getting the same thing haha. I'm going to talk to my RH at the end of this month when we go to pick the menu. I'm going to ask him when we can bring the stuff there. I'm not sure if there is a wedding there the night before!
