Stuffing invitations???

For any of you who have already sent out your invites or have already stuffed them, did you come up with a time saving or good way to do it??? I am doing mine this evening and although I am excited, I was hoping for maybe a trick or key component to making this task a bit more enjoyable...any suggestions are welcome I think a few weeks back someone posted a few time saving ideas, but I don't know who...

Assembly line

I didn't have tp stuff mine b/c my invite person did it but I would imagine that an assembly line of a few people would make it go by much faster.

Good luck and have fun

i don't know if this is helpful or if it's an obvious tip...but i just lined up stacks in order from what was going on bottom to what went on top...not rocket science or anything but mine didn't take TOO long.

good luck!!

Ditto. Actually having too many people help you will slow you down. Law of Diminishing Returns. DH and I were able to knock it out in a couple of hours. Just line up everything in the order of how it gets stuffed.

agreed! depending on the style of invites you have if there is anything you need to fold over (ie. the reception cards or reply cards) fold them prior to stuffing it saves sometime- both of us knocked it out in a few hours as well

I had my mom, my sister, FMIL and a BM and we had pizza, and then some wine and we stuffed 130 invites and it took maybe 2-3 hours!

It was fun - make a night out of it!
