Stuffing Invites....
Last night I stuffed invited with my sister for her wedding in May. My mom was there as was her future groom.
Oh my god, what an ordeal!!! her invites are very pretty and very unique, and she and my mom were very precise about the whole thing.
Her Fh and I were laughing because they were sitting there measuring to make sure all of the inserts were exactly in the center of the pocket, and she was telling us we weren't putting the stamps on even enough.
I was also in charge of making sure all of the addresses on the envelopes were correct, and to number the back of the response cards. And she kept looking at what I was writing and was like 'make sure you are being neat!'
Obviously we weren't allowed to have food or drinks on the table, and her FH kept joking by waving his beer bottle over the table being like 'ooppps'.
It was a fun night though. 120 invites stuffed in 4 hours. Then my mom left, my future FH came over after work, and we opened up a few bottles of wine.
I find it funny she wants to mail me my invite. I would have taken it right there, but she wants to mail it.
