Stupid ??? for you ladies

OKay so I have read some posts on this NETBRIDE site...what exacly is it? You buy your wedding dress online?? Is it cheaper than most stores? Sorry if I sound dumb but help me out here!!!

its definitely cheaper- but you have to find your own seamstress for alterations - and you have to store the dress yourself -

I went through a bridal boutique - the extra $$ was worth it to me

Michelle (ChellyNYC, I think that's right) got her dress from Netbride and loves it. She had a good experience with them. She did save $$$ by doing this. Her mom is a seamstress and will be making her alterations....sooo lucky.

I'll be taking the traditional route and am going to a bridal shop.

My FSIL is ordering our BM dresses Thursday from them.If you find dresses you cango on the site and email the info to them and in about 1 day they will email you back with a quote.( If they carry that designer) They do have a lot of designers. Our dress in the store was 180++ but on there it is 129$ You pay like 20$ for shipping (FSIL will) and then get alterations done somewhere??? I guess it depends on how trustworthy you are. LOL
