If I'm inviting 110-120 people that's including guests, then 60 invites should be enough?

enough to cover the guests, yes, but you won't have any extras...

i made up an excel sheet with a list of everyone invited, and then wrote next to each name, how many invites.....b/c some families got two or three invites, so i would recommend doing that.

I am having that amount too but I will probably get more like 80 invtes just to be sure.
I don't wanna be like my SIL who took my invite so she could resend it

i put all my guests on theknot guest list manager and it gives you the exact amount of invites you will need

Ditto. I got more in case I messed some up (DIYing it!) or thought of last minute additions as well.

I would definitely order extra's, we already had to send out 2 more that were returned from the post office because we had the wrong address and then 3 others we sent out because FH decided to add more people
