What does a guy wear with his Tux to a black tie wedding? DH bought his tux, but wore a white vest/tie to our wedding. Now we are going to a black tie wedding, what does he wear with the tux? A black vest and tie? Just the black tie? Bow tie and cumberbund? His dad has a black vest and tie to give him, is that ok? I am totally clueless about men's fashion.

Black Tie for men generally means a tuxedo or dark suit. If he already has a tux, you would just need the black vest and tie to match, but any dark suit would do.

Thanks! He does have the tux, just wasn't sure what he was supposed to wear with it! The only tuxes I've seen were on grooms and groomsmen, so wasn't sure if the vest/tie was a wedding party thing. OK. I feel stupid! thank you for your help!
