Do they set up the centerpieces? Or do I have to do that when they deliver the flowers?

I believe that they set them up.. its included in your price. They will also do the ceremony flowers also, if having some.

not a stupid question-they are supposed to set them up for you-if not i would consider getting another florist!!

You hall should set up any 'extra's' you might have like favors, camera's, bells, etc.

Regarding the reception hall setting up favors- you should call and ask your BM to be sure but most halls will help you out with that if you ask.

Most halls have you drop off the favors a few days before the reception along with any other odds and ends (placecards, guest book, photos you want to display, etc.) and they set them up for you. Ask your BM to make sure.
Oh, and I've never heard of a florist that didn't sent up the CPs.

When you drop your favors at the hall a couple days before you give them an 'instruction' sheet where to put everything and then label the boxes. They can't mess anything up unless they can't read
I couldn't imagine having to set that up myself, that's why we have our weddings at catering halls so someone else can do the set up, clean up, and minor details. Us brides have enough to do!
