Stupid Question about Save the Date magnets

Hi Ladies,
I know there are sooo many save the date threads out there, but I can't find the info I need, and I need to do these soon, so if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Here goes:
1. Do you need to create a card to go with the magnet, or can you just drop the magnet in an envelope?
2. Did anybody buy them from a vendor that doesn't include envelopes, and if so, what did you do for envelopes?
3. Who should I use???? Vistaprint and ebay are so much less expensive than magnetstreet, but they don't come with envelopes... thoughts?
4. I am not at all a diy kind of person. Both FH and I barely operate the computer, and our apt is always a disorganized mess. I guess that wasn't a question, but thought you should know that before suggesting we doe crazy things we are not savvy enough to do.
5. We want to include hotel info for all guests -- can we just type a note and include that -- like maybe a 4 on a page kinda size?

I know I sound like a moron -- we've been engaged for seven months and did nothing but book the place, now our wedding is in 7 months and we need to get moving -- I'd like to take care of all this this week, so any and all responses will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Re: Stupid Question about Save the Date magnets

I ordered from agiftfulheart.com They are amazing, I got so many compliments. I sent it in the envelope (that I got through the site) with no card, just the magnet in the envelope. I also included a little piece of paper (I used resume paper since it was thicker) that I typed up the travel information on. I fit about 6 on a page and used a paper cutter to cut them up. For addresses, I used the Staples Brand clear labels and typed up the addresses on Microsoft Word. We also ordered return labels from vistaprint.com with both of our names on them. If you are in a time crunch, I recommend agiftfulheart.com. The magnets came quickly and they were perfect! They are so easy to work with.
