DH and I are looking online right now to get a feel for what houses are going for in different areas and I keep seeing OSE in the description. Like last night I looked at a house that said den/fam room with OSE??? It may be something so simple but its driving me crazy!!!
Can someone please help???

Re: Stupid question from a novice house-hunter...
It means outside entrance. Usually means there's an apartment in the house.
