Stupid question here but I just am looking for opinions.

What do you think about this..I cant go into detail but I just want true opinions..

Ok theres this guy who gets divorced from his wife. Claims to have no feelings left for her at all, they hardly even speak, they fight over their daughter and money issues constantly and he supposedly cant stand to even look at her.

Then all of a sudden, out of the blue, he stops by the house asking her to shape up his hair and shave his neck...

He claims it was just asking a favor, I tend to think differently. To me, why would you ask your ex wife to do this for you when you hardly even speak to her on a normal basis?? Do you think this is giving her mixed signs?

Honest opinions please.

Maybe he just doesn't trust anyone else to do his hair (if it's something she used to do for him on a regular basis)? Or he's too cheap to go to a barber?

I think maybe he's a creature of habit who is too lazy to go elsewhere to get his hair fixed. He also probably doesn't understand the concept of 'mixed signals'...

I honestly (and am not trying to be sarcastic) don't think that asking someone to shape up his hair and shave his neck is sending 'I miss you' vibes....

The 'Can't even stand to look at you' comment speaks VOLUMES....

They have been apart for 2 years now..he goes to a barber all the time. Thats why I thought it was definately weird. To me, it was like he was looking for some.

The fact that they have been apart for 2 years makes it a little odd....but who knows...

I agree with sage. I dont think asking this is saying'I miss you'. But after being apart for two years is kind of strange. Maybe there are just some things that he feels comfortable with only her doing.

It sounds like he has mixed feelings, and is sending mixed signals. Sometimes the people we argue with the most are those we are closest to.

He probally has some hot date with someone and realized that he needed a really good cut and he trusts that his ex would do a great job for him. I don't think he is looking for anything with the ex wife expect possibly trying to get her jelous that he is going out with someone.

I think he is definately giving purposeful mixed signals. I think he is testing the waters to see how she reacts to the gesture.
The person will know for sure if other 'odd' things start happening. I think he was testing the waters to see what kind of reaction he was going to get.
If she was a B@* then he knows to stay away.
If she was nice and cut his hair then he might take that as he may have a second chance
