Are the bride and groom included in the minimum count for your hall? like say im paying for 95 guests on my contract, does that actually mean 93 guests? I'm confused how that works...

It's a total of 95 guests (At least on mine). THe bride and groom are apart of the total count.

Yes! Total count & don't forget vendors too- ours charges 1/2 price for them but they can be included to meet the minimum...
