I would. 2-3 weeks is a long time in hair time...I got a touch up before my e-pics and I am so happy I did

I did mine the day before my e-shoot. I needed a different base color - more red but the highlights were fine.

nothing looks nicer than fresh highlights!!
try to get it as close to the day as possible - so the blow put she gives still looks good!!!

I would redo them for if you're strapped for time/cash, use Clairol Root Touch Up, it works wonders.

I would. When I had my highlights my roots always seemed darker in pics.
