depends what style you like best...if most of your decor is modern then go with square i guess, and if its classic do round...Although i think you can mix it up if you want...I also like the hexagon shape

You really have so many options for decorating that it is hard to choose even after deciding on square or round!

I had square. and believe it or not, because Sqaure is different from the traditional round, most RH will charge you more $ for it!
I may do both, bottom square, top deff. round.. going to see though
We were thinking of doing both as well! But if not, then most probably just square.

We did round because our RH only had a cake stand for a round cake. If we wanted square (which I did) we would not have had it on the stand. It would not have been a big deal, but I decided to go with the round in the end.

we are planning on doing a square cake, although our RH offers a round cake. we have to meet with them to make the changes we want to the cake. I have some pictures of round & square cakes in my album

we will probably do round. i think the round is more traditional, i like the way it looks...but it is all your preferance. i would just find a cake you like and go for that one, no matter what the shape is. i bet there are tons of pics posted on here
