Anyone know the closest subway to Park Avenue South - between 28th & 29th? I'm hopeless with subways...thanks ladies!
ETA: I found one that stops on 28th and Park Ave S. but only late at night...I need one for morning/afternoon. I need to get there from Penn - is my best bet just to walk it?

The number 6 train stops at 33rd and Park. If you're coming from Penn Station, you could take the crosstown bus at 34th st, take it down to park.

You'll have to take the bus to get across town over there. There's no subway from Penn to midtown east.

Or you can take the N train to 28th street and walk... but the 6 train is probably your best option.

If you are coming from Penn - your best bet is to walk. It isn't far. I work on 33/Park - so it is only a few blocks more. The 6 train has a 28th and Park stop and it runs in the daytime - unless something weird is going on like construction...but to get the 6 coming from Penn is a pain. To take the bus or another train like N will be more of a hassle.
