how many points is a 6 inch turkey on 9 grain wheat with american cheese (1 full slice, subway cuts them in half)
No mayo (yuck)

I get 6 inch turkey on wheat and its 6 pts. I think its an extra 1 pt for cheese. So its probably about 7 pts.
