success!! (engagement party dress)
i found 2 dress!! the blue and white one is from ann taylor; i would wear it with red peeptoe pumps. the black eyelet one is from ann taylor loft; i think i would wear that with black peeptoe pumps

i love them both, i can't decide! the polka dotted one is definitely more of a vintage feel and the black is an earthier feel...
