SUCH a stupid question but...

I'm looking at our flatware to go with the china and I'm thinking... am I really going to get all 12 at my shower?! I don't want to get stuck with 3 sets of silverware! So... I'm stuck between these two, one is one setting at a time, the other comes in a set of 20 (id just register for three). Do you think there is a big difference in quality? What are you doing? TIA!!

1 place setting at a time:

I really like the first one better than the second one....for some reason i like the design better and the thickness at the bottom

I was afraid of the same thing, so we just registered for a complete set rather than one set at a time. We liked the one set at a time better, but to us, it's just flatware, so we decided for the all in one box! HTH!

I don't know if your registered at more than one place but we are registered at BBB and Fortunoff. We registered for our flatware at Fortunoff because they do a lot of sets and BBB doesn't. We registered for the Lenox Vintage Jewel and I am so excited someone already bought it!!!!!!!!!!! Here is a picture of it:

I would register for the complete set of what you want. We did this too .. We probably wont get the entire set either but we will get some of it and then we can complete it later on with the completion discount

Register for what you really want. Whatever you don't get, you will wind up buying for yourself...You can't expect to get everything off of your registry anyway. Plus, this is something you'll use for the rest of your life - don't settle for something just b/c it's sold in a set!
