Sucks I found out where my shower is

Dammit I wasnt even snooping at my moms house and I accidently came across the directions cards.

Oh I feel bad now.

Don't feel guilty - it was an accident

do you know when it is, or just where it is?? My biggest fear is showing up to my shower in shorts and a t-shirt.

Wacky I kind of feel guilty also that I found out mine is in April.

karen i feel the same but they are having an outfit for me just in case i show up in sweats.

It does kinda s***, doesn't it? I found out about my shower about a month before, and it was very difficult not to say anything. It's even harder walking in to a roomful of family and friends and acting surprised (I practiced the surprised look too!!).

The weird thing is even though I was prepared, I was still overwhelmed. When I saw my mom there, the tears started (she lives out of state and we don't see each other often). It took me a good hour to stop shaking!

Try to forget about the disappointment you feel about knowing where your shower is. Once you get there, greet your family/friends, are showered with love and gifts, it will all be ok.

How wonderful to know you are having a shower. (By the way, not everyone has one!) Bummer that it can't be the complete surprise you were hoping for though.

Sorry you found out-that ****s. I found out about my 'suprise' engagement party. Me and FH played it off so well though-nobody suspected at all that we know. I even shed a few tears when everyone yelled suprise just due to the excitement!

I found out where and when mine is too... I kind of had an idea where it was going to be...

My FMIL is throwing it for me... she knows that I know everything... she was a little upset because she wanted the location at least to be a secret. But then when she knew that i knew about it... she couldn't stop telling me stories about how they got the place. I like knowing where it is... now i know what to wear...

It's going to be at Michael's on Sunday... the only thing that stinks is that I can't see Tampa Bay crush the Eagles... i'm gonna miss cute Gruden... oh well...
