Suffolk County Town Help for Photographers
I am getting ready to make appts with suffolk county photographers and I need some help figuring out which towns are near each other so we can make appts with more than one photographer on one day.I would like to go to Central Islip, Port Jefferson, Commack, and Mt Sinai.
Are any of these towns near each other?
Thanks a million!
And I forgot to add Deer Park.

Port Jeff and Mt Sinai are pretty close, but the others are a bit of a distance apart.Who are you looking at in Commack?

Not really, my opinion would be to go to Commack first then head south to central islip..head north and a bit east to port Jeff and then east to Mt. Sinai.

You could probably do Deer Park 1st, then Commack, then Central Islip. None are REALLY close but within a decent driving distance. I know Pt. Jeff and Mt. Sinai are far from the 1st three.

Re: Suffolk County Town Help for Photographers
Port Jeff and Mt. Sinai are close to each other and Commack and CI are close to each other. Depending on traffic, the two areas are about 30 - 40 mins apart. I think I can guess some of the photographers you are meeting with
Which direction are you coming from? You edited your post while I was responding! I think that Commack is between CI and Deer Park, so CI and Deer Park are pretty close to Commack, but not so close to each other, if that makes any sense. You will probably want to get those three done on the same day and then the PJ and MS photographers on another day. I personally find it overwhelming to meet with more than two or three vendors in one day.

Thanks ladies. I am already overwhelmed after meeting one! HA and so is FH!!I am coming from East Meadow which is worse since I am smack in the middle of Nassau. But at least all the parkways are close to me, sort of.

If you want to go into St. James (about 10 minutes from Commack) check out Laurie Studios.

Re: Suffolk County Town Help for Photographers
I would like to visit Impact Imaging in CI, Videomaker in Deer Park (he is video), Commack Wedding Center in Commack, Photos of the Heart in Mt Sinai, VIP in Port Jeff, Daniel Krieger in Mt Sinai, Creative Media Productions in Port Jeff. The last two I haven't heard anything on this board about them. But I am interested in visiting.Hopefully I can see a couple on saturday. I would like to reschedule the videomaker appt for sat so I can knock out at least 3 places. If our minds allow us to do so!
