I used to go to Team Extreme in Ronkonkoma and it was amazing.

Suffolk County Trainer - Long Island Weddings

FH and I got the groupon for Team Extreme and went to a couple of the classes.. LOVE it! Just be sure to actually call and check class times. We went one day at 6:30am since that's what the schedule they gave us said, only to find out the class started at 6 :(
