I posted a while back (earlier this week) about my friend's daughter's wedding being cancelled and someone posted to me about a law in Suffolk where there is $100 involved..I just want to be clear..does the RH keep the $100 and give the rest back OR does the RH keep everything BUT $100? Thanks!!

Re: Suffolk refund law..just want to be clear..
'If a consumer cancels a catering contract and the caterer is able to rebook the date, the caterer's cancellation fee may not exceed 5% of the total contract price or $100, whichever is less, plus actual expenses reasonably incurred.'
