My Mom got her dress at Sugarplum and we are wondering what their alterations department is like. If anyone has feedback I would really appreciate it!!!

I dont think my aunt had any problems getting it altered.. they were just really rude to her

HAA.. yea they are really bad with customer service and rudeness. I think we might go elsewhere based on their lack of kindness anyway. hmm

The woman who does my alterations is a cute little Italian lady (she is like 84 and has been doing this forever). She is great. FM me if you want info.

They are very good at what they do, but they are pricey. If you don't need anything major you can probably take it elsewhere, but if you are concerned I would stick to them, they are very good
