I am getting married at the reception hall and need to locate a non religious officiant. Does anyone have any suggestions, preferable in the Nassau County area?
Thanks!!

We are using Pastor William Britton, he is also a vendor on here under clergy on call. He is very nuce and offers various styles from non-religious to religious. He is also in Lindenhurst but will travel to nassau as we are getting married at a hall in Roslyn. Good luck

Re: Suggestions for a non - religious officiant??
If you truly want a non-religious ceremony. officiant - get a justice of the peace. They are judges. This is what my best friend did because she and her fiancee did not want any religion in the ceremony. SHe contacted Nassau County Courts or something like that and went from there. Best of all, her judge was only allowed to charge $75!!! I'm not kidding!

Pastor April from Church of the Ancient Ways. She does amazing non denominational ceremonies. She was the officiat for WOTY and she's just so nice and helpful in every FM convo I've had with her. if you Fm her or if you page her on VHB, she will definitely get back to you

Re: Suggestions for a non - religious officiant??
Judge William Corbett - I used him and he was great.
He is an ex-judge so there was no religious references in my ceremony at all. (Although he will say whatever you want)
His office is in floral park, but has no problem with travel.
If you want more info, FM me and I'll dig up his contact info.
