suggestions for BM plus size ...

Can anyone suggest where we should go, where the sales people are helpful, when looking for plus size BM dress???

David's Bridal ... I wouldn't go so far as to say the sales people are helpful ... but they have dresses in a huge range of sizes so everyone can try them on ... check out pictures in my album ... we ordered our BM dresses from DB for our wedding in October.

I think the most flattering shape for almost all shapes and sizes is A-line. I'd start there,

ITA with David's Bridal!
My Girls range in sizes 0 through 30 and they all have great dresses!!

i also chose DB dresses ... one thing i liked is that my girls weren't charged extra for the larger sizes ... another place i went to was charging $40 extra for anyone over a size 20 (and the dresses ran small so it's really anyone over size 16 or so)

thanks everyone BUT I don't like any of the dress colors at David's Bridal. I don't care what the dress looks like but I want a fall color-like a olive green, burt orange or berry/wine color. Their colors just aren't what I am looking for...

Any one know of a place where the sale people were VERY helpful??
