Suggestions for Engage Photo locations

Planning to do our engagement photos in October. Photographer would like to pick 2 locations, one in a park or where we can capture fall foliage, the other near buildings or monuments etc...

I was thinking Dowling college (I went there) but I'm sure I would have to ask permission? any other suggestions are appreciated!

I did mine and took my wedding photos in Northport Harbor & Village. Check them out in my album, they came out great!!

If you're doing the photos at the Dowling Campus in Oakdale there are tons of places to go to along the south shore.
-Bayard Arboretum
- the Beach
- Sayville Main Street (tons of beautiful store fronts)
- Laughlin Wineries in Sayville

and that's just some of the places within 5 miles of the campus.
