Ok girls...I belong to a gym in my building and its great, but I really miss the 'classes'
Does anyone have any suggestions for exercise tape/DVD's that really worked for them? I know of some The Firm, Tae-BO, Windsor Pilates, etc...do they work? any other suggestions?
Thanks!!

Re: Suggestions for exercise tapes that work?
I use a bunch of tapes but they are all for toning. My favorites are: 'I Want Those' series by Tamilee Webb (especiall her abs!) Kathy Smith's Secrets to a great Upper Body Windsor Pilates Buns and Thighs
There are a bunch more that I am waiting to try...
I use the web site http://www.collagevideo.com/ and read the reviews and suggestions and they have been pretty much on the money so far...
I hope this helps! Iris

The Firm - the best! I have oh, about 100 workout videos, and The Firm tapes are definately my favorite. I haven't bought any new tapes in a while, so there may be better ones or similar ones to The Firm that are just as good. If you go to Collage Video , you'll find LOTS of reviews for workout videos.

I like the firm too. Collage video is a great site for reviews. They are also a seller on ebay. You might get it cheaper on there.

definitely the firm. If you ever take a weight lifting class at a gym you will see that they do the same moves.
