Suggestions for groom attire for a beach wedding?

Suggestions for groom attire for a beach wedding?

The wedding is not super casual - I'd say 'business casual.' My FH and I don't want him to wear linen pants or just khaki pants/jacket and a white t-shirt (we both don't like the way khaki looks) - too casual - but tux is too fancy - any suggestions? A suit, I guess...Does he have to wear a tie...? No idea...my dress is semi-fancy, but not ball gown fancy - fitted, strapless, lace, beading, not heavy at all...looks heavy in the pic, but it's not...

i would go with a suit and no tie, if you dont like Khaki I would do a light color like gray. I think black is too formal

I agree - black is too formal. Gray may be good! That pic you posted is cute!

when I was in California I saw a tan tux...it was kind of cool looking....I don't know if they have them here.
