I just went to Casa di Mario in Patchogue today because everyone on here raves about them. They probably had the biggest bridal shoe selection I have seen. Of course I didn't find anything - but I would check them out. They were very helpful too!

Did you try Blum's in Patchogue? They have a good selection of 'undergarments.'
I got my shoes at Barone's shoes in Sayville. They are great.
