If you're not in the city, check Marshalls, TJ Maxx, flea market, etc.
I bought a black chiffon and bead shawl that matched my dress EXACTLY for $12.99 at Marshalls - and it was Jones New York brand, too!

I second that. I bought on first from Kohls for $20. I liked it. But then I bought one for $5 on the street, and i love it. Much softer and fancier looking
