I am taking my engagement pic in two weeks with duet - does anyone have any suggestions on where is a great place to go to get our pictures taken? I live in Nassau County but anywhere in Suffolk would be great too! I know that it might be cold - but I just can't think of anywhere pretty!

The C.W. Post campus is beautiful for pictures or maybe the Nautical Mile. If you decide on the city the Seaport, Central Park, 42nd, any Museum, or Dumbo, Grand Central all are great locations

im in the same boat.. just booked my photog last night and he asked if i had any preferences... i kind of like the city, so i was thinking of going out to central park, or maybe down in tribeca, or union square..... My fiance is nOT lookinf forward to it.

We did ours in DUMBO, Brooklyn -- I had been living in Brooklyn for 8 years and DH proposed at my apartment so Brooklyn has a big place in my heart. I loved that we had a lot of super industrial shots coupled with some really beautiful water shots, nature shots, and city shots. It's really the best of all worlds there (plus the cobblestone is very nice too!).
