As a group our friends and us go away every summer. Weve been to Boston, PA, Lake George, and CT. Do you guys have any suggestions as to where we can go, thats not too far and pretty reasonable in price. We leave on Friday (very early AM) and return late Sun. night. Any feedback is appreciated...Oh, and weve been to foxwoods, mohegan sun, and AC... TIA so much!!!

I went with friends to Balitmore one year. Down by the wharf is a lot to do.

Go to Baltimore! Hang out at the Inner Harbor! Take a day trip to DC!! Or just do DC...but the Inner Harbor is AWESOME in the summer! Have fun!

You may want to check out Ocean City, MD (boardwalk, major restaurants/bars, attractions, family-oriented) or perhaps Newport, RI or even Lake Placid (although that is a big ride).

I agree with Baltimore/DC
Maybe even Richmond, though that's a bit far. Carey Street is fun though!

TY so much. We were supposed to do this last summer, but it fell through. I just told DH that 4 people responded Baltimore, and he's like 'oh, ok.' I love coming on here. You are all really great..gonna start the research tomorrow!
