sun poisoning...

yes i have it with 10 days to go!!!! i cant believe i spent 5 days in florida and nothing i spend 2 hours in the sun today and whammo... BLISTERS!!!!

the doctor said its not bad very mild and i could just be a slight reaction to over doing it with the sun in the past week.. but i cant believe it!!!

Hey my little sister was at the beach Thursday and was severly burned. First the swelling, then the blisters, now her skin in black. Yes literally black. She looks like a burn victim from a fire. She is miserable.. her's is severe and could scar.......take good care of it

oh my god thats so scary!!!!!!! tell her to feel better!!!

mine is just little itty bitty blisters i caught it really early plus i had sun screen on so that helpped!

Take some vitamin E! Get it to heal from the inside out too!

Vitamin E is awesome! You can even break open the capsules and rub it directly on. Its very sticky but helps reduce scarring

You can buy it in bottles too so you don't have the break the capsules open. Feel better!!!!

Feel better. I have done that to myself more then once and it is painful.

Word of advise -- DO NO EXFOLIATE -- IT WILL PEEL IF YOU DO.

Moisturize as much as possible to keep the skin hydrated. Vitamin E, Aloe, thick creams (aveeno, nuetrogena swiss formula, Aquafor).
