Sunday Afternoon weddings

Is anyone getting married on a sunday afternoon? What are you doing after the wedding? going straight to a hotel or are you having an after party?

My sis had a sun afternoon wedding. My cousin opened her house up to OOT guest and family. Had a little after wedding party- It was really nice and relaxed.

I am getting married on a Sunday afternoon. My ceremony begins at 230 and my cocktail hour doesn't start until 5pm. We did it this way because we wanted to acutally attend our cocktail hr and wanted to leave enough time for photos to be taken. Anyways I have to find something for my guests to do for an hour and a half. What time is your cermony and reception?

I am getting married Sunday Afternoon but I haven't really thought about what I'll do after. Probably go back to the hotel. I don't know how people have the energy to host an after party after a wedding reception!

I am having a Sun afternoon wedding...the reception will end at 5. As of now, I plan on just going back to the hotel and if anyone cares to come along, there's a bar in it that we could go to.

Our reception ends at 5. We are taking sunset pictures with our photographer after the reception, then going to change and then go to the hotel.

Our wedding starts at 3pm & reception at 6pm. Hoping we'll have more than enough time for pictures in between & still get there on time for our cocktail hour.
