My ceremony was at 12:30 followed by the cocktail hr then the reception. It ended around 6.

No, not everyone will stay. There are a few friends of the family that are between the ages of 70-80 that I think will be leaving early.

My wedding was the same time!! It was great and don't worry about people leaving early almost all of my guests stayed to the end and after partied at the hotel.

We're hoping everyone stays. The next day is Memorial Day.

I used to worry about people leaving early when I first booked.

(I have actually never been to a Sunday wedding so it was random that I picked it. )

But anyway, I have seen lots of people leave on a Friday night or Saturday night too..

I think it is more 'your crowd' versus 'the night'

I tried to start the wedding a little earlier so that people who had to go to work the next day didn't feel the need to go home early. I hope people just take the next day off and continue the party at the hotel!

Right now it's ceremony at 5:30, cocktail hr 6 to 7 and reception 7-12 BUT I am going to try REALLY hard to set EVERYTHING back 1 hr. A lot of my colleagues are hopefully coming and we can't have 20 teachers out the building the following Monday....so hopefully I'll make it so it ends at 11pm
