maybe try to find a liberal/non traditional church...all traditional catholic churches that i know of won't perform a marriage ceremony until the afternoon

Most churches have masses in the morning. Unless you wanted to get married at 5 AM

The only Sunday morning Catholic Nuptial Mass I have ever attended was one in which the marriage rite was a part of the regular Sunday mass - so the whole congregation was there also. My guess is you will not find one that would schedule a private Nuptial mass or ceremony on a Sunday morning - sorry.
