Oh no!! Did you have lots of caffeine today? Just the adrenaline or traveling?

I find that a tylenol pm does the trick sometimes. I like Ambien as well but thats prescription.

Need to get Ambien bc ive been having sleep rpblems for a long time now

Sorry sweetie.

I had some issues sleeping as well. Doctor gave me ambien. I finished the prescription and I'm sure he won't refill it. But it did the trick. So well that I'm in a pretty much in a great sleep routine and wouldn't need it now anyways.
