Sunken Meadow/CHS Walking Group :)

Ok ladies,

What is the story for tomorrow? Where and what time???????

Just a sidenote - we've been walking for a few weeks now and I think its time to 'step up' the speed of our walks. Time to get the heartrate up to burn those calories!!!!!

How about 6:45 at Sunken Meadow then? It'll be cooler by the shore and we haven't gone there in awhile.

Or we could do 6:45 at CHS.

Can't do tonight, tommorow is good though. I have soo much crap to do today--I usually help teach CPR on Monday nights but I am even cancelling on that since my bridesmaids are forcing me to finish registering later on (hmm..do I smell a bridal shower coming on?!?!)

Girls - forget tonight. Neil just called and said it is horrifying out. Tomorrow is supposed to be worse so lets start again on Thursday when it is supposed to cool off.
