Anyone have any ideas for a beachy inexpensive weekend getaway for the first weekend in April? Say around $400 a person for flight & hotel (2 nights)?
Anyone stay anywhere good in Florida or Caribbean?

what kind of place do you want? there are places in florida you could go other than expensive south beach - like a bed and breakfast in key west is not so expensive, or in orlando but outside of disney . . . or daytona beach or something.

We want something right on the beach. Preferably with lots of fun things to do at night close by... dancing, drinking, ect... Sun by day, party by night... Not a bed & breakfast type of thing... Bachelorette weekend...

Fort Lauderdale is very inexpensive and right on the beach.

We were thinking of Ft Lauderdale.... Is it nice there? Never been... We were thinking of the Sheraton on the beach? Any reviews?

I would look into Miami. There's the beach during the day, fun restaurants, shopping, and at night clubs, lounges, bars.
