So as you guys know I'm almost on my 2 week mark. We are leaving right after to Mexico...but I have a problem....I always get a really bad sun burn whether I use tanning lotion or not.
I'm on olive complection. I really want to come back nice and tanned. (brownish color)
Any suggestions on an specific brand?

No suggestions, just reapply every hour and always after swimming. And wear a hat!!

If you get burned, i think you need to use sunBLOCK, esp since you'll be closer to the equator. Maybe you can go outside a little bit over the next 2 weeks to get a 'base tan' so you won't be as shocked once you get to the HM

I used Hawaiian Tropic with a high SPF for our honeymoon and it worked perfect. I only got a burn the first day and then I was good to go the rest of the honeymoon.

definitely sunblock!
Personally, I think the Coppertone Sport or Neutrogena work the best. Go with 30 an re apply after swimming

Sun block. There is a neutrogena brand (ultra sheer) that applies nicely and doesn't smell funny.

Make sure you use a high SPF, the first few days especially. I would use at least 30 or 45.

I normally go tanning before I go away on vacation, to get a little base tan this way I don't burn
and I use 30 spf, I dont find one brand to be better than another...banana boat, neutrogena, target brand all the same
